What We Believe

Statement of Faith

The doctrines we hold and preach

Article 01

The Scriptures

We believe the Bible is the Word of God — given by divine inspiration, truthful and authoritative, and without error in all that it affirms. It is our only infallible rule of faith and practice. We preach and teach from the King James Bible.

Article 02

God the Father

We believe in one God — eternal, unchanging, and all-powerful — the creator and sustainer of all things, worthy of all worship, confidence, and obedience.

Article 03

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, His sinless humanity, His perfect sacrifice for sin, His bodily resurrection from the grave, and His personal return in power and glory.

Article 04

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is a divine Person, sent at Pentecost to convict the world of sin and to unite all believers into one body, the Church, indwelling and empowering them to live for God.

Article 05

Mankind

We believe man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that through sin all mankind has been alienated from God and stands in need of redemption.

Article 06

Salvation

We believe salvation is the free gift of God, offered to all humanity by grace and received through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ — not earned by works, but trusting in His finished work alone.

Article 07

The Church

We believe the Church is the body and bride of Christ. In the local church, believers are baptized by immersion in water as a testimony of their faith and gather to observe the Lord's Supper as a memorial of His death.

Article 08

Marriage & Human Sexuality

We believe that God created marriage as the covenant union of one man and one woman, and that the gift of sexual intimacy is to be expressed only within that covenant of marriage.

Article 09

The Sanctity of Life

We believe that human life begins at conception and is sacred because every person is made in the image of God. We are therefore committed to the protection and dignity of the unborn.
